Yes I agree, the fresh juice bar went away almost immediately, and it is now more grocery store with a good food bar than specialty foods and great groceries with spectacular food bars. They now take shortcuts, for example, at the food bar, they don't stem the kale for steamed or fresh kale so you get the chewy stalks and stems instead of the tender kale only. Things like this show up throughout the store under the new management. It's still a good store but the specially, quality and the little extra effort of the original Whole Foods management style are all fading away.

They do carry rice, apple juices and several super food items from around the country, not from China or Indonesia

They do have a bakery and make their own bread. Simple Kneads ...I believe is just a gluten free brand. They do sell gluten-free but it may not be that brand. Again. They do make their own bread and they can make gluten-free. The best thing to do is to call the store because every store do things a little different.

You can make you own Thanksgiving type meal at Whole Foods very easily yourself is you eat from the hot and cold food bars. They always have a variety of foods and closer to the Holidays they have foods that are more Holiday type food. You have to go their yourself and pick it out & pay. The good thing is you can choose exactly what you want & how much of it (out of what they have to offer that day). It's weighed by the pound & fairly pricey. They won't be open on Thanksgiving day so you'd have to get it the day before. You can always call the deli ahead of time & ask what they have at the food bar that day.
